Overview The Assistant Manager is a multi-faceted role that merges business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management. Strategically, assistant managers drive sales results by analyzing the business and providing best-in-class customer service. They oversee daily store operations including opening and closing routines and drive efficiency in all store processes. They leverage creative expertise through floorset updates, styling recommendations, and product knowledge. They serve as talent leaders, driving recruiting, training, engagement, and development. The role supports a promote-from-within philosophy and provides opportunities to grow into future store leadership.
