Due to our recent expansion, we are seeking a B2B Sales Representative who shares our and AT&T's values and is eager to offer exceptional support to our customers.
As a B2B Sales Representative, you will be the primary contact for AT&T customers, assisting with questions, concerns, account inquiries, product knowledge, and sales finalization. You will represent AT&T in a friendly, professional manner, providing knowledgeable and efficient service in every interaction.
B2B Sales Representative Responsibilities:
Meet with potential AT&T customers to provide information on the latest technologies, including Internet and Wireless products.
Identify customer telecom needs and offer tailored sales solutions.
Create a positive and lasting impression of our company and AT&T's brand.
Ensure interactions are professional, efficient, and solution-oriented.
Accurately document customer interactions in CRM systems.
Collaborate with sales and management teams to improve processes and ensure compliance.
Attend meetings and calls to stay informed about current deals and promotions.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED.
Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
Reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail.
Experience in customer service, telecommunications, or sales.
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks.
