Overview As a Sales Manager at Brookdale, you will be a guide for families and older adults — the boots on the ground both inside and outside our community, helping older adults navigate the sales journey from interest to move-in.
Responsibilities
Be a guide for families and older adults, helping them navigate the sales journey from interest to move-in, both inside and outside the community.
Collaborate with local professionals and volunteers to generate professional referral leads from medical, financial, and legal professionals; religious leaders; and other local businesses and organizations.
Partner with leadership to develop and execute sales and marketing plans to meet or exceed community revenue and occupancy goals.
Brookdale Supports Our Sales Associates Through
A 3-week onboarding & orientation program featuring in-depth instruction in Brookdale’s unique approach to sales, systems, one-on-one coaching with your District Director, ongoing monthly continuing education, and customized tools for marketing your community.
Opportunity to apply for tuition reimbursement to support professional sales and leadership skills development.
Network of almost 675 communities in 41 states.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred or equivalent combination of experience and education required
Valid driver’s license
Minimum of 2 years relevant and recent sales experience; Senior Living experience preferred
Strong working knowledge of technology, proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, and electronic documentation
Benefits & Compensation
Base pay in range determined by skills and experience
Role is eligible for monthly and quarterly commission opportunities
Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program
Full-time benefits eligibility includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), life insurance, PTO, paid holidays, disability coverage, FSA/HSA where applicable, and more (varies by employment status)
Early access to earned wages for hourly associates (outside of CA), optional voluntary benefits including ID theft protection and pet insurance
