As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated Outbound Representative to effectively communicate with customers and expand our service reach. Responsibilities: · Actively seek out and engage customer prospects. · Present information about Quantum Towing and Recovery's services to existing and prospective customers. · Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships. · Reaching out to customer leads through various communication channels to generate new business opportunities. · Coordinate efforts with team members and other departments to support customer needs. · Analyze customer inquiries and provide appropriate assistance or information. · Provide feedback to management on customer needs, trends, and competitive activities. · Stay informed on industry trends and company offers. · Continuously improve customer service skills through feedback and training opportunities. Qualifications: · Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. · Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers. · Highly motivated with a proactive approach to customer engagement. · Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. · Adaptability and willingness to learn new processes. · Basic computer skills, including familiarity with email and other communication tools.
