This is a Title Processing based, experienced level position that directly assists clients with tag and title needs. All applicants must have prior automotive title clerk experience. It also requires, but is not limited to, basic office duties, such as answering phones, filing, and scanning. Responsibilities and Duties
Processing Wholesale title work. Processing Dealer Trade Title Work. Processing Retail Title Work. Processing out of state and exports. Tag Transfers Qualifications
Automotive Dealership Title Clerk Experience. Some knowledge of automotive accounting (i.e. refund, write off, funding, F&I Notes). Knowledge of some DMV Software such as CVR, DLRdmv, Reynolds & Reynolds, or TitleTec. Language, Math and Reasoning Abilities
Language Ability: Ability to read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information to customers and colleagues. Math Ability: Ability to perform basic arithmetic and interpret rates, ratios, and percentages. Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense and handle problems in standardized situations. Education/Experience
High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Certificates and Licenses
Ability to pass criminal background check. Equipment
Scanner PC Printer Multi-line phone system Copier and/or Fax Knowledge, Skills and Other Abilities
