Reporting to the Director of Sales, the Account Executive will be responsible for full cycle sales, from procuring and maintaining clients to providing an in-depth analysis of needs, submitting estimates, obtaining the order and following through. Actively seeking out and pursuing new business opportunities through marketing practices including direct mail, referrals, trade shows, cold calls, etc. Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Negotiate price and terms within the context of company policy. Prepare estimates used for planning, organizing and scheduling work, preparing bids, selecting vendors or subcontractors and determining cost effectiveness. Consult with clients, vendors or other individuals to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues. Analyze blueprints, specifications, proposals and other documentation to assist in preparing time, cost, materials and labor estimates for all project phases. Monitor and audit assigned job sites for quality control through on-site visits to review and get feedback from Project Managers and customers. Develop, submit, implement, manage and report on sales goals and business development plans in accordance with company policies and systems. What Skills & Experience You'll Bring To Us

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Construction Management. 5+ years in direct sales (not telemarketing or inside sales). Understanding of reading and estimating from blueprints. Knowledgeable in estimating in paving, landscaping or construction environments. Excellent math and geometry skills.
