Responsibilities
Analyze unconverted estimates and follow up to convert them to sold work.
Perform outbound calls to customers, review estimates, answer questions the customer may have, and create additional options if needed. Close the deal.
Determine the client’s payment preference. For financing, it is the inside sales rep’s responsibility to manage the customer application, help gain and confirm approval, obtain signatures and notice to proceed from the finance vendor, then schedule the job on the customer’s desired date.
Set accurate customer expectations of the scope of work and our payment requirements.
If insurance breakdowns are required to close a job, the inside sales rep must be able to note the price breakdowns accordingly to help the customer with their insurance provider. *This communication is to be held with the client directly, not the insurance provider.*
Communicate with technicians, project coordinators, service managers, and call center to ensure a seamless 5-star customer experience.
Requirements
Detail-oriented and organized
Self-motivated
Knowledge of residential plumbing, HVAC, and/or electrical trade work preferred
Strong knowledge of Service Titan
Strong communication skills
Ability to make calls and follow ups in an office setting for long periods of time
Strong knowledge of Excel preferred
Coachable
