Overview

Our Sales Associates are critical to the success of our stores. This seasonal role lasts for 2-5 months. As a Sales Associate, your primary responsibility is to create the best possible customer experience by listening to customers, offering recommendations and current product knowledge, and communicating UGG’s brand sustainability initiatives and ethical commitments. You will work as part of a dynamic team to help achieve business goals.

Responsibilities

As an UGG Sales Associate, you will:

Create personalized shopping experiences that drive brand loyalty.

Greet customers promptly and courteously as they enter the store and address questions accurately and promptly.

Communicate our return policy effectively and provide exceptional service from start to finish.

Maintain a positive, cheerful attitude with customers and team members and promote the store and brand image, including adhering to a dress code.

Operate the cash register, handle money accurately, check inventory daily, and ensure products are stocked and available for customers.

Merchandise products in accordance with Visual Merchandising standards and maintain a clean back-stock and employee break area (daily vacuuming, sweeping, and dusting).

Practice safety-consciousness and respond to theft in accordance with company policies.

Report to work on time and notify the Store Manager in advance if late or absent.

Key Qualifications

Two (2) years of retail store experience preferred

High School Diploma

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to convey the UGG and Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to your team members and customers

Highly motivated team player and self-starter

Additional Requirements

Flexibility of schedule and hours to meet the needs of the business

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of tools and applications

Valid driver’s license

Salary: $15.00 - $17.50 per hour. The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role at this specific store location. Individual pay will be determined by location and other factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
