A Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm hybrid schedule with paid holidays, combining in-office and field sales. First-year earning potential of $60,000 - $75,000 including commissions, dependent on experience and selling ability. No commission cap; earning potential is unlimited as you grow your book of business. Monthly auto and cell allowances for work-related expenses. What can you expect from us?

What we’re looking for in YOU:
Comfort making cold calls over the phone and in person. Ability to make oral presentations and clearly articulate policies and procedures. Align with our values of inclusivity and effectively communicate with people of various backgrounds. Motivation to learn new technology and systems; strong time management and self-organization. Willingness to immerse yourself in the outdoor advertising industry to sell its benefits. Professional written and verbal communication; ability to handle fluctuating workloads. Ability to build connections and gain trust; meet sales quotas and apply general sales techniques. Intrinsic self-motivation to overcome challenges and resilience to rejection. Education and experience:
Current and valid Driver’s License required. College degree preferred. Previous outdoor advertising sales experience preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; CRM experience preferred. Please note:

On a regular basis, you will: Meet and exceed sales targets and monitor personal sales data and reports. Target businesses in the assigned area and visit established Lamar clients as well as competitors’ clients within a specified time frame. Exhibit working knowledge of local and national competition; cluster accounts to work efficiently. Identify growth areas and open new accounts. Use Lamar computer tools to locate prospects, follow up on leads, and prepare proposals and presentations. Develop presentation skills and present to clients; build product knowledge and selling skills. Participate in sales meetings, regional meetings, seminars, and trade shows; perform administrative duties and maintain records. Maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly sales plans, following up on client production orders, and problem-solving issues. Physical demands and work environment:
Office and field-based environment; light lifting; reading with attention to detail; physical activity including standing and walking. Nights away from home traveling are less than 10%. Who we are:
