Serves as liaison between customers and Company by identifying and contacting current and prospective clients, generating sales proposals, and servicing existing accounts. Ensures quality and consistency of service and/or product delivery. WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH

Plans and schedules visits to existing accounts in the assigned territory, suggests products for orders, facilitates problem resolution, and maintains rapport with accounts and client publishers to sustain a positive business relationship. Prepares action plans and schedules to identify targets and project number of contacts; follows up on new leads and referrals from field activity. Attends operational meetings and participates in strategic planning for the enterprise; represents the department at regional and national industry conferences and trade exhibits. Develops and supervises the preparation, issuance, and delivery of sales materials; collaborates with marketing to create specialty sale materials as needed. Oversees new and existing account services through quality checks and follow-up; identifies and resolves client concerns. Prepares status reports on territory trends, upcoming events, closings, follow-up, and goal adherence; reports on developments and feedback from field activity. Addresses and resolves customer service inquiries, requests, and complaints. Demonstrates a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies; promotes a culture of safety. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Education:

Bachelor’s degree or 3–5 years of equivalent experience Field of Study Preferred:
