We are seeking an Outside Sales Representative specializing in Board and Panel products to join our team. Territory includes Pompano Beach, FL, Palm Beach County, FL and north surrounding areas. Candidates must live in the local sales territory. Key Responsibilities

Increase Board and Panel product sales as a specialist in those categories, selling directly and in partnership with others Schedule and hold face-to-face meetings with new and existing customers to understand their business and how Richelieu products can help Manage the growth of your territory through new customer acquisition and development of existing relationships Identify and analyze past buying patterns of current accounts and explore ways to become their stronger, more inclusive supplier Provide a high-quality customer service experience as a one-stop shop Stay up-to-date with Richelieu product offerings and market conditions Maintain system information and reporting in CRM Travel locally for in-person customer visits, approximately three to four days per week Position may require lifting/pushing/carrying items up to 50 pounds Qualifications

Outside sales experience with wood panels, laminates, and boards (ideally in kitchen and/or bath) Passionate, proactive, coachable, strong work ethic Ability to manage your own schedule and deliver results Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Analytical, planning, organizing, and monitoring skills Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams); CRM experience is an asset University degree preferred, but not required Compensation And Benefits
