Route Sales Representative position located in St Louis, MO. Level: Entry. Job Location: St Louis, MO. Position Type: Full Time. Education Level: None. Responsibilities
Setup, replenish, and merchandise our trendy and high-quality products at local stores on a route driving a company vehicle from SRPs upgraded fleet Maintain accurate inventory, installdisplayand promotional materials Provide excellent service to customers, identify opportunities to build relationships and grow sales Work independently while being part of a motivated and supportive team Take pride in presenting a good company image Schedule
is Monday through Friday with the day starting at 6:00am. The schedule is typically 50 hours a week and willinclude weeklyovernight travel and hotel stay. Compensation and Benefits
Compensation Range:
$53,352 – $62,400 annually Note:
This is an hourly, non-exempt role with a base pay of $19.00 – $20.00 per hour. The range above reflects the estimated annual compensation based on a 50-hour workweek and includes expected overtime and performance-based bonuses. Actual earnings may vary based on schedule, experience, and location. Valid drivers license and good driving record Tech savvy (smartphone apps, Outlook, and Zoom) Previous experience in customer service, sales and/or retail preferred Able to frequently lift up to 50 pounds and bend, push, stoop, and kneel for extended periods of time with or without a reasonable accommodation Physical ability to climb in and out of a vehicle frequently Be 25 years of age or older Must be able to rent and operate a rental car through company approved vendor, as required for travel or site visits.
