Event Sales Representative | Salt Lake City - Murray UT Metropolitan Area ZWILLING J.A. HENCKELS (Vietnam) is seeking an Event Sales Representative to promote, pitch, and sell ZWILLING premium culinary products at Costco Warehouse locations.

Responsibilities

ZWILLING product demonstrations focused on driving sales and brand awareness.

Answer customers’ questions and overcome objections while creating an energetic and fun event.

Consistently achieve sales that meet or exceed monthly and annual sales objectives.

Communicate replenishment needs by completing scheduled product inventories preceding, during and after the event.

Communicate regularly with retailers and the internal management team providing constructive insights and feedback.

Qualifications, Skills, And Abilities

Confident, persuasive, dynamic public speaking skills in front of a live audience.

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. (setup, break down, and restocking demo booths).

Ability to stand for extended periods of time.

Must be available to work nights and weekends, and potentially overnight travel, as needed.

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.

Skills For Success In Event Sales Roles

Consumer goods and services sales experience.

Roadshow experience to present products.

Experience in direct or pitch style sales.

Culinary experience with a passion for food.

Theater / acting experience to convey information in a clear, effective, positive and engaging manner.

Schedule And Compensation Structure

Demo Booth set-up: Thursday evening (8:00pm-10:30pm).

Roadshow: Friday through the following Sunday (10 consecutive days).

Hours: Monday-Friday 10-12 hours per day; Saturday-Sunday 8-11 hours per day.

Demo Booth tear-down: Sunday evening (6:00pm – 8:30pm).

Hours may vary based on roadshow location or during holiday seasons.

Option to work one roadshow per month or two roadshows per month (at least 3 ½ days off between roadshows).

Positions start part-time and may shift to full-time in certain markets after goals achievement.

Compensation includes:

Base hourly pay plus overtime (hourly rate equal to or above local minimum wage; range $16.50-$20.00 plus overtime).

Aggressive, uncapped sales-based commission/bonus.

Average earnings: $2,300-$2,500 per 10-day assignment, with potential to earn more based on performance.

Up to 50% off ZWILLING products.

Employee referral monetary rewards.

401k plan with company match (3%) plus additional match after 12 months.

All positions require local travel for events/shows.

Shows within 50 miles: reimbursable mileage or reasonable transit costs.

Shows more than 50 miles: travel costs including hotel, airfare, rental car, and up to $50/day meal reimbursement.

For eligible full-time employees: Medical/Dental/Vision benefits available.

A $1,500 Sign-On Bonus provided to selected applicant following successful completion of first three roadshows.
