We are looking for a motivated Account Executive to oversee the Buffalo, NY territory in this unique community-based opportunity. Starting salary is

$75,000

per year with an earning potential of a six-figure income after 5 years of successful service as an Account Executive/University Development Counselor. New hire training will be held in-person at our Phoenix, AZ campus. Grand Canyon Education offers a generous benefits package, including 100% tuition-free education for employees through the Master’s degree program level and 75% coverage at the Doctorate degree program level. In addition, an employee's spouse, children and dependents are also offered generous tuition benefits. Responsibilities

Strategy and execution. Identify and implement event/activity plans for your territory, build awareness of our online academic programs for education, healthcare and business, and drive inquiry generation. Shape high impact partnerships for your territory and execute your daily work through informational presentations, calls and emails, iterating as needed to maximize value. Partner and influencer. Provide exceptional counseling to prospective students, their families and partners, in-person, over the phone or via email, champion the GCE mission, promoting Grand Canyon University student success and institutional growth. Heart and Hustle. This is a remote role with ambitious targets. Work independently to support prospective Grand Canyon University students through the admissions process, guiding them toward a successful online learning experience. Qualifications

A Bachelor’s degree preferred. No delinquent or in default on a federal student loan as verified in your credit report. If in a rehabilitation program, your credit report must reflect that you are current on your payments. Outstanding time management skills. Able to wear many hats and prioritize competing priorities, including while travelling. Clear communication skills. Able to explain concepts clearly in person, in writing and on the phone; well-developed listening skills. Self-motivation and drive to succeed. Willing to take ownership of time spent with students and make a difference. High emotional intelligence. Ability to coach a diverse range of students and develop partner relationships with empathy. Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and a flexible schedule. Travel in territory; clean driving record; some events may require evening/weekend availability. Computer literacy. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Bonus Points If You Have
