Role

We seek an exceptional, results‑driven Executive to drive rapid pipeline, close high‑value deals, and build lasting partnerships with mid‑market and enterprise customers. Responsibilities

Leverage industry relationships within key verticals to generate rapid pipeline and convert prospective clients with minimal ramp time. Accountable to a defined set of pipeline metrics. Identify and engage potential clients, tailoring solutions to their needs with an emphasis on outcomes. Articulate Halcyon’s value proposition in a compelling, relevant manner. Optimize client engagement post‑sale, timing additional transactions appropriately. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients as a trusted advisor, understanding evolving cybersecurity requirements. Conduct regular client reviews, assess satisfaction, and propose enhancements to meet objectives. Network via industry user groups, tabletop events, and key conferences. Leverage strategic alliance partnerships to realize revenue growth opportunities. Facilitate continuous enablement, roadmap discussions, QBRs, and Executive Value Conversations (EVCs) to maximize client value and foster lasting partnerships. Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service agreements while ensuring alignment with client and organizational objectives. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize sales processes, streamline communications, and enhance overall client experience. Skills and Qualifications

Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets. 7+ years of sales in the endpoint cybersecurity industry, focused on strategic, and large enterprise level accounts. Proven record of 100%+ quota attainment, capable of driving multi‑million dollar deals and long‑term client partnerships. Skillful pipeline management, balancing high‑profile accounts with strategic expansion opportunities. Ability to qualify leads based on key success metrics. Expert relationship building at client and executive levels, focusing on long‑term partnerships. Familiarity with channel ecosystem and value‑added resellers. Proficient in negotiations for procurement and legal agreements, driving favorable terms. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex concepts clearly and compellingly. Willingness to travel up to 75%. Benefits
