Overview
Seasonal Retail Sales Associate - Boca Park Marketplace (Bath & Body Works). This role is seasonal/holiday support to help deliver exceptional customer experiences while representing Bath & Body Works. The pay range listed is provided by Bath & Body Works and actual pay will be based on skills and experience. Base pay range: $13.00/hr - $13.00/hr Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors rooted in Our Values and product knowledge. Create genuine connections with customers by uncovering needs, sharing product information, demoing products, and making personalized recommendations. Drive rewards program enrollment and engagement on both the sales floor and at check-out. Support product replenishment activities and maintain brand standards to keep the store full and abundant. Assist with floorset execution, window changes, visual presentation, and marketing placement as needed. Adhere to safety standards and maintain a safe, clean, and engaging store environment. Maintain store policies and procedures and uphold company values. Qualifications
Thrives in a customer-first retail environment. Demonstrated sales and customer experience results in a fast-paced setting. Effective communication, openness to feedback, and adaptability. Ability to de-escalate store and customer situations. Availability to work peak days and times, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Core Competencies
