Mid-Level Sales Development Representative , your role is to

hunt for new business

and open doors with enterprise and mid-market clients. You’ll be expected to generate high-value opportunities, drive early-stage deal momentum, and set the stage for large-scale and multi-site projects. Enterprise Prospecting

– Identify and engage with executives and decision-makers in target industries (logistics, healthcare, education, manufacturing, data centers). Build relationships that lead to high-value opportunities. Hunter Mentality

– Proactively pursue new logos and multi-site project opportunities rather than relying on inbound leads. Consultative Discovery

– Uncover complex client pain points and position Karavan’s structured cabling, fiber-optic rollouts, and IP video surveillance systems as strategic solutions. Pipeline Creation & Advancement

– Consistently deliver a strong pipeline of qualified enterprise opportunities. Schedule and co-lead high-level discovery calls for Account Executives. Strategic Outreach

– Use a mix of phone, email, LinkedIn, and industry events to secure meetings and create new revenue opportunities. Target Achievement

– Consistently exceed quotas for qualified opportunities, with a focus on large, multi-site, or high-revenue projects. Who You Are Hunter Sales Pro

– 5+ years of B2B sales or business development experience, ideally in infrastructure, IT services, or low-voltage solutions. Proven track record of

winning new business

and breaking into enterprise accounts. Industry-Savvy

– Comfortable discussing structured cabling (Cat5E, Cat6A, Cat7), fiber-optics, and IP security solutions with both technical and executive-level stakeholders. Consultative Closer

– Skilled at developing relationships, navigating complex buying cycles, and positioning value for large-scale deployments. Results-Oriented

– History of

exceeding quotas

and building pipelines that convert to large deals. Thrives in a competitive, hunter-driven environment. Self-Starter
