Role Description This is a full-time on‑site role for an Account Manager, located in Indianapolis, IN. The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, managing client projects from start to finish, and ensuring the timely delivery of high‑quality printing and logistics solutions. Daily tasks will include coordinating with internal teams, overseeing production schedules, addressing client inquiries and concerns, and identifying opportunities for account growth and service improvement.
Qualifications
Client relationship management and customer service skills
Project management and coordination skills
Knowledge of printing and fulfillment processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities
Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to work on‑site in Indianapolis, IN
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
Experience in the printing or logistics industry is a plus
