Base pay range $19.00/hr - $22.00/hr
Responsibilities
Lead the retail sales team by example, forging connections with customers through insightful product knowledge and a positive outlook.
Encourage the team to maintain Vuori’s standards in retail sales and customer experiences.
Supervise the retail floor, take initiative, delegate work, and serve as a “go to” person in the store.
Assist the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with leadership duties as needed.
Create an unforgettable customer experience and ensure the sales floor and team prioritize the customer experience.
Prepare fitting rooms, find sizes, and provide honest, knowledgeable feedback on merchandise style and fit.
Build lasting relationships with customers by engaging about product details, new products, and upcoming events.
Stay knowledgeable on what’s new and selling well and share with customers and the team.
Lead day-to-day store operations in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
Motivate the sales team and help achieve sales goals in a team-based environment.
Seek new product knowledge in the broader fashion landscape and active-wear to serve as a customer expert.
Lead inventory planning and communicate inventory needs to support business goals.
Maintain daily store maintenance, visual merchandising, and cleanliness; ensure security and safety protocols are followed.
Qualifications
Available morning and/or evening, 8-hour shifts, 5 days/week, at least one weekend day.
Strong leadership, punctuality, and attendance; able to manage scheduled shifts.
Ability to develop relationships with customers and colleagues.
Customer service expert with the ability to create experiences and proactively handle concerns.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Quick learner of new procedures and processes.
Strong organizational skills and follow-through.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High ownership, accountability, and initiative.
Eager to develop new skills and receptive to feedback.

The hourly range for this role is
$19/hr - $21/hr , plus team pooled commission.
