Gritty, highly motivated self-starter with a relentless drive to succeed Outstanding communicator, strong negotiator, and ability to connect with people Sales experience is a plus, but not required; eagerness for results is essential Willing to work on-site full-time in an industry that operates beyond standard business hours Strong work ethic with an entrepreneurial and competitive spirit Confidence in building relationships with clients, peers, and leaders Proactive decision-making, issue resolution, and problem-solving skills Resilience and persistence, maintaining composure in stressful conditions Adaptability and sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment What You’ll Do
Make 100+ cold calls to truckload carriers to fulfill shipping commitments Negotiate rates with carriers and book loads Focus on building new relationships as you grow your own carrier portfolio Provide top-notch service to partner carriers and internal stakeholders while aiming to exceed metrics for outbound calls, loads moved, and automation targets Resolve service failures in a fast-paced environment What’s in It For You
