Overview
Mobile Associate, Store in Store | Bilingual Spanish - Retail Sales at T-Mobile. This role is part of the Retail Team in National Sales partner locations, focusing on active customer engagement and bringing the T-Mobile brand to life in high-traffic environments. Associates educate, demonstrate, and recommend solutions, building and deepening relationships with customers while achieving sales targets and quality of sale metrics. Responsibilities
Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment. Uses digital tools, communicates effectively, educates customers, and showcases the value of T-Mobile solutions. Utilizes digital self-serve tools during customer interactions and onboarding. Identifies customer needs and applies solution-based selling to demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services, including onboarding solutions to help customers self-serve and use the T-Mobile app. Completes training on the in-store experience, products, processes, and systems. Reviews personal results, promotions, and updates to stay customer-ready. Partners with nearby stores to onboard customers and participates in store operations, opening/closing procedures, and related tasks. May handle keys and secure assets and report any issues to management. Maintains customer focus by being friendly, engaging, and capable of building rapport, trust, and loyalty. Proactively reaches out to potential customers to drive sales, follows up with customers, captures referrals, manages Be Back processes, and builds relationships with new and existing customers. Ability to perform price overrides for specialty offers specific to National Retail. Builds relationships with nearby leadership and teams to support the customer experience from account setup to device support and servicing. 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience; retail environment preferred (Required) Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Hourly Base Pay: $17.50 per hour, plus $5.00 per hour training pay. Within the first 90 days, on-the-job training is provided and training pay is eligible. After training, the role can progress to Mobile Expert with an annual incentive target of $18,000/year, dependent on performance and status. All employees are guaranteed to earn $20/hour inclusive of base pay and incentives. Eligible for an Annual Stock Grant. Benefits
