COLAB PK . We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our team onsite in Los Angeles. This role is ideal for a junior to mid-level professional who is passionate about client relationships, project management, and delivering exceptional service. You’ll act as a key point of contact for our clients, helping to ensure their goals are met while collaborating closely with internal teams. Responsibilities
Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and execution of deliverables. Manage and grow assigned client accounts by understanding their needs, goals, and challenges. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, operations, etc.) to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope. Prepare and present regular reports on account status and performance. Assist in the development of proposals, presentations, and client communications. Monitor project budgets and ensure billing and invoicing are accurate. Identify opportunities for upselling or expanding services within existing accounts. Qualifications
Ability to work onsite full-time in Los Angeles. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 2–4 years of experience in account management, client services, or a related role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). A collaborative attitude with a problem-solving mindset. Preferred
Experience in marketing, tech, advertising industry. Familiarity with project management tools like Asana, Trello, or Monday.com. Seniority level
