Seasonal Retail Sales Associate - Geneva Pavillions at Bath & Body Works. This role is seasonal/holiday support focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences. Base pay range $16.00/hr - $16.00/hr Join the team as a Seasonal Sales Associate this holiday and help spread the cheer! As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you will be the face of Bath & Body Works — understanding our customers’ needs and helping them find the best products for themselves and others. Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors rooted in Our Values and product knowledge. Create genuine connections with customers through uncovering needs, sharing product information, demoing products, and making personalized recommendations. Drive rewards program enrollment and engagement on both the sales floor and at check-out. Support product replenishment activities and maintain brand standards to keep the store full and abundant. Assist with floorset execution, window changes, visual presentation, and marketing placement as needed. All store positions require physical activity, including standing, walking, reaching, and lifting. Associates should be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging store environment by adhering to safety standards and policies. Qualifications
Thrives in a customer-first retail environment. Demonstrated sales and customer experience results in a fast-paced setting. Effective communication, openness to feedback, and adaptability. Ability to de-escalate store and customer situations. Availability for peak days and varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Core Competencies
