Fred Beans Automotive Group is hiring Sales Associates at our Nissan store in Flemington, NJ. We offer a guaranteed salary with monthly bonuses and unlimited commission on an industry‑leading pay plan.

Responsibilities

Match customers to vehicles that meet their needs.

Build relationships with new and existing customers.

Become a brand expert to make product recommendations and highlight features based on customer needs.

Meet and exceed sales goals in a fast‑paced, goal‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

A friendly, positive attitude.

Past customer service or sales experience a plus but not required; our training program will set you up for success regardless of your work history.

Strong computer and phone skills.

Self‑driven and a team player.
