Position Description As a Senior Sales Representative, you will manage your territory by developing strong relationships with business owners and decision‑makers while driving consistent sales growth. You will also support and mentor team members, contributing to a culture of collaboration and high performance.

Core Responsibilities

Meet with business owners to understand their needs and present tailored supplemental insurance solutions.

Conduct one‑on‑one consultations with employees to ensure they fully understand their coverage options.

Deliver engaging group presentations that clearly communicate the value and impact of our products.

Build long‑term relationships through exceptional service, follow‑up, and policy reviews.

Manage and grow your own book of business, becoming a trusted advisor in your territory.

Use Salesforce CRM to generate leads, manage clients, and grow your network.

Qualifications

Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to pass a background check.

Active Health & Life license (or willingness to obtain; training and reimbursement provided).

Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years post‑high‑school experience.

Competitive background in sales, sports, or leadership is highly valued.

2+ years of B2B sales experience and/or prior leadership/management experience.
