gas card and insurance Full Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) with match Growth Environment: Supportive culture focused on performance, integrity, and excellence Your Role: What You’ll Be Doing Knock doors 2-3 hours per day, five days per week, and network with insurance agents and realtors Inspect roofs, gutters, and siding (training provided) Lead product knowledge meetings and deliver client presentations Manage the full sales cycle from estimate to close and post-sale follow-up Build your pipeline through CRM management, social media, and local outreach Earn trust through professionalism, consistency, and follow-through 1+ years of experience in sales or customer service Clean, insurable driving record and valid driver’s license Physically able to climb roofs and work outdoors Must reside in Middle Tennessee Comfortable with outbound and commission-based sales Able to pass background and drug screening Compensation & Schedule Earnings: $65K-$100K+ per year
