Research and identify potential school and district partners through proactive outreach Qualify leads by assessing their needs and interests in hosting Book Fairs Build and maintain relationships with educators and administrators to promote literacy Manage sales pipeline and maintain accurate records in the CRM system Collaborate with the sales team to enhance lead generation strategies and improve outreach effectiveness Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field Minimum of three (3) years of proven successful sales experience in retail or territory sales Proficiency with MS Office software and experience with CRM or sales automation tools Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation abilities Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building skills Preferred Qualifications
