What is Required (Qualifications)
2-3 years of experience in life insurance telesales
Strong proficiency with Salesforce or equivalent sales/CRM software
Proven sales track record and ability to overcome customer objections
Bilingual in English and Spanish is strongly preferred
Excellent communication skills, including a strong phone presence

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Quick learner comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
