What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Generate, upgrade, and manage the portfolio of existing government business through outbound calling

Adapt sales techniques to meet client needs and close sales with government clients

Collaborate with decision-makers to address needs and resolve lease agreement issues

Overcome objections by effectively communicating program benefits and value propositions

Partner with internal teams to resolve errors and manage client escalations

What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum 1 year of experience executing outbound client calls to consult and recommend products and services

Preferred experience working with Government, NGO, and Non-Profit accounts

Proven ability to overcome objections and close sales effectively

Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, such as Salesforce

Strong follow-up skills on sales opportunities through various communication methods

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience in sales within government or non-profit sectors

Familiarity with customized software for marketing and sales documentation

Strong history of client retention and satisfaction
