We are hiring for the Medicare Administration Department, offering four opportunities to join our team. Our small but dedicated Medicare Administration team works cross-functionally to support our initiatives, including the upcoming D-SNP program launching on January 1, 2026. As part of the newly formed Medicare Sales team, you will have the opportunity to influence sales operations, outreach strategies, and enhance member experience. This role involves a mix of field-based engagement (such as presentations, tabling, and events) and telephonic outreach, with periodic travel within our service counties (Mariposa, Merced, Monterey, San Benito, and Santa Cruz). Responsibilities
Increase membership in the Alliance Medicare D-SNP program through direct sales and marketing of Medicare products to dual-eligible, Medicare/Medi-Cal recipients within your assigned service area. Develop a sales network to generate leads and outreach opportunities. Support Medicare Sales Department activities and programs. Ideal Candidate
Bilingual in English/Spanish or English/Hmong. Strong consultative sales skills focused on member needs and plan fit. Interest or background in Medicare sales. Ability to communicate complex products clearly to diverse audiences. Experience with CRM tools, lead nurturing, and follow-up. Collaborative communication style to build relationships internally and externally. Requirements
Knowledge of Medicare, CMS regulations, and sales techniques in regulated industries. Ability to quickly learn Alliance Medicare and Medi-Cal products and provider networks. Ability to identify and qualify prospective members and assess their insurance needs. Possession of a license to sell Accident and Health or Sickness insurance issued by the California Department of Insurance within three months of hire, maintained thereafter. Current AHIP certification within three months of hire. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field, with at least five years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Hybrid work environment; some remote interviews via Microsoft Teams. Attendance at quarterly in-person events or meetings expected. In-office or community presence may be required based on business needs. Compensation
The full range varies by location: Zone 1 (Bay Area, Sacramento, Los Angeles, San Diego): $66,000—$105,602 Zone 2 (Fresno, Bakersfield, Central Valley, Eastern California, Eureka): $60,060—$96,096 Benefits
