NFP.com . Job Summary The Account Executive interacts with clients daily, developing and maintaining relationships with both clients and carrier representatives. Responsibilities include preparing applications, specifications, and marketing strategies for new business and renewals, with some supervision and approval from a supervisor. You will serve as the lead consultant and primary contact for assigned clients and support the Account Management team as needed. Achieving client retention targets is essential. Experience Candidates should have experience servicing clients within Personal Risk/Private Client Business. This is a full-time position with a hybrid schedule requiring at least 2-3 days per week at our Palm Beach Gardens, FL office. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Work independently, anticipating client and team needs. Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, including report generation, presentations, and correspondence. Negotiate terms, conditions, coverage limits, and pricing with carriers and wholesalers. Coordinate with Claims Department on relevant claims for clients. Ensure accurate and updated client information to avoid E&O claims. Maintain follow-up systems for policies, endorsements, and other requests. May oversee daily activities of Coordinators and Account Managers. Build and maintain relationships with carriers and clients through regular contact and visits. Keep clients informed of industry trends and regulatory issues. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Ability to work a hybrid schedule from our Palm Beach Gardens, FL office. Knowledge of Personal/Personal Risk coverage, with Florida market experience preferred. Experience with EPIC or similar systems. Technical expertise with analytical and problem-solving skills. Professional, calm, courteous demeanor. Excellent written communication, editing, and presentation skills. Self-confidence to make independent decisions. Strong interpersonal skills and client leadership. Attention to detail, decision-making, and problem resolution skills. Education and Experience BA/BS preferred; HS Diploma or equivalent required. Over 5 years of industry and Personal Lines/High net worth experience preferred. Experience with private client insurance carriers is a plus.
