The Sales & Service Manager is a critical member of the store leadership team accountable for bringing Alo’s business and guest experience strategy to life in the store. This role focuses on achieving business targets, sales, guest experience, and elevating talent to meet Alo’s values. The north star is delivering an exceptional guest experience in the store. Duties require constant movement in and around the store, including the sales floor and back of house. When not actively assisting guests, this position performs other tasks as needed to keep the store clean, safe, inviting and operating efficiently. Responsibilities

Sales & Service Leader: Investigate and root cause sales opportunities, partnering with the General Manager to escalate process or system gaps Oversee the Sales & Service team to execute an exceptional guest experience on the floor by assessing guest connection and technical product education; coach team members to address gaps through feedback Continue to build client relationships daily with customers Ensure effective sales floor coverage through development of workforce solutions and leading selling initiatives as needed Partner with the General Manager to build the Sales & Service strategy for the store and implement it with the Sales & Service team Business Leader: Represent the business in meetings and on conference calls with the General Manager; monitor and manage budget, reporting and business data (e.g., expenses, sell-thru); inform planning processes (e.g., quarterly business review and sales planning) Plan for future business needs to protect optimal performance People Leader: Ensure the Sales, Service, and Community team embodies Alo's mission and guiding principles; provide ongoing coaching, talent development, and effective communication across Operations and Visual teams Establish internal and external pipelines through succession planning and recruitment strategy Create effective schedules aligned with the business strategy in partnership with the General Manager/Store Manager Business Partner: Oversee execution of deliverables on the Alo Sales and Service Model; protect operational efficiency Collaborate with the General/Store Manager’s vision and work cross-functionally to support organizational goals Navigate the organization balancing business needs with brand culture Qualifications

3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written Agile with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a changing environment Independent work ethic, time management skills, and personal accountability Must be able to move constantly in and around all areas of the store Aligns with and embodies Alo’s guiding principles Ability to lift, push, carry or move up to 50 pounds Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl and twist; safely climb up/down a ladder Ability to stand and move for an entire shift Schedule
