Jampack is expanding rapidly in the Trade Show & Conference vertical through Corporate Event Services for nationwide private event planning and execution. Location:

Las Vegas, NV (local required) This entry-level role is on the ground at Las Vegas Shows, driving lead generation, exhibitor partnerships, and brand visibility through strategic field marketing initiatives. Responsibilities

Represent Jampack at major conventions and trade shows, primarily in Las Vegas but not limited to other destinations. Actively engage exhibitors and sponsors on the show floor to showcase how Jampack can support the planning and execution of private events. Follow up with leads and connections to build a pipeline of qualified leads for our account executives. Manage and operate Jampack booths, including setup and on-site presence. Engage with attendees, exhibitors, and sponsors to build relationships and generate leads. Conduct competitor and market research at shows, hotels, and convention properties. Track and report field marketing activities, expenses, and lead/customer intelligence. Requirements

Based in Las Vegas with reliable transportation. 0-5 years of professional experience. Outgoing “people person” who thrives on relationship building. Willing to work select nights and weekends as required. Dependable, motivated, and eager to grow. Must be 21+ Experience with trade shows, events, or booth management preferred. Background in lead generation, sales, or client engagement a plus. In-office & travel expectations

The candidate should expect to be in office when not actively working on-site at a tradeshow. The candidate may be asked to travel to other markets up to 30% of the time. Pay and benefits

This role offers a base salary of $40,000, plus uncapped commissions. The annual On Target Earnings (OTE) typically range from $40,000 to $55,000, with top performers potentially exceeding this range due to the uncapped structure. Additional benefits may include equity, company bonus or sales commissions/bonuses; IRA plan; medical, dental, and vision benefits.
