We are seeking a
Healthcare Account Executive
to sell our Identity Security solution to health‑care organizations. The successful candidate will be a skilled communicator, proficient in positioning SailPoint against Microsoft, Okta, and Saviynt, and will collaborate closely with partner resources to close deals and deliver customer success. Responsibilities
Exceed revenue quota goals on a quarterly and yearly basis. Qualify opportunities, deliver presentations and demonstrations, and close sales from prospect to transaction. Develop and own business plans and territory strategies, maintaining a clean pipeline and accurate forecasting in Salesforce. Collaborate with marketing, channel managers, and professional services to execute joint go‑to‑market plans. Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, partners, and stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction through the entire lifecycle. Lead and coordinate a virtual sales team (pre‑sales, partner managers, deal desk, services, BVA, and customer success) to achieve win rates and customer retention. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in IT, business, sales, or related field (preferred but not required). Minimum of 3–5 years of enterprise B2B sales experience, preferably in Identity or Cybersecurity. Experience selling to health‑care accounts and understanding the sector’s regulatory landscape. Strong negotiation and closing skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota. Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities, with fluency in English. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a cross‑functional team and to act as a quarterback for sales cycles. Travel
