is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth, efficient running of the store. This role focuses on coaching, mentoring, and leading by example to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service that helps achieve sales and customer service targets. Qualifications and experience: Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service Previous retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store is desirable Previous supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets is desirable Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software Applicants must be able to provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to attend for interview Responsibilities: Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth store operations Lead by example to demonstrate desired behaviors for the sales team Deliver high-quality customer service to achieve sales and service targets Carry out essential start and end of day cash reconciliation Open and close the store on a rota basis Employment type: Part-time Seniority level: Not Applicable Job function: Sales and Business Development Industries: Personal Care Product Manufacturing Note: This description reflects the keyholder role at the Livermore, CA location and may include standard company-wide notices.
