WE ARE CURRENTLY HIRING FOR THE LINCOLN COSTCO LOCATION. Seeking positive, energetic, and sales-focused professionals who can be passionate brand ambassadors. This is a fantastic opportunity selling nutritional supplements made by Qunol & Zena. Are you highly motivated by goals, love interacting with people and known to be a self-starter? If the answer is yes, then this is the job for you. Representatives will be trained to encourage sales while actively demonstrating the features, benefits, and value of our NEW Super Greens, Liquid Collagen, CoQ10, and various Turmeric products. Available Demo Hours: 10am-5:30pm; all days available. Saturdays and Sundays are the best commission days. Costco Location: LINCOLN. Starting at $22-$25 an hour plus BONUS based on surpassing sale quotas W-2 Employment We provide a promotional kit and bi-weekly paycheck via direct deposit Average ambassadors make $200-$300 per day; top ambassadors make $300+ per day Bonus Payout
We have four different products in Costco, usually three on the table. Shifts start at 10am and end at 5:30pm — credit is given for what sells that day. This is an additional 3 hours Costco is open where customers are still purchasing our products. Sell 20 Liquid Turmeric, $60 in commission Sell 20 Liquid Collagen, $60 in commission Sell 5 Liquid CoQ10 (not on sale) $15 in commission 1 day / 7 hrs at $25/hr PLUS commission = $310, which is $44 an hour Responsibilities
Approach and interact with Costco members to promote brands provided by suppliers Present yourself and the company competently and professionally at Costco Provide excellent customer service to Costco members on behalf of Direct Demo Availability for regularly scheduled paid compliance calls with team and/or regional manager Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds several times per day (tables, products, supplies) Must be able to lift and carry a 2’ x 4’ folding table from parking lot to store and back; weight approx. 30 pounds; also carry products and materials to and from car Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to work independently as the only team member per location Requirements
Outgoing personality and ability to approach and talk to customers Strong verbal communication skills Experience with direct sales Email and basic computer/mobile device skills To be considered for this position, applicants must include a current resume and answer all screening questions.
