Close warm sales leads from customers inquiring about our home warranty policy. Ability to develop a strong rapport with the customer and drive the appropriate conversions. Ability to quickly identify customer needs and make appropriate decisions. Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, even under stressful situations. Multi-tasking between speaking and data capture. Ability to learn the product suite quickly. Demonstrate strong product knowledge. Required Experience
1+ years of experience and success in sales and building rapport. Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to interact with internal & external clients. Ability to close deals and upsell policy. Ability to work independently while continuing to focus on goals and meeting deadlines. Strong phone presence. What We Offer
