Diagnose, maintain, and improve electrical and instrumentation systems in our production facility. Use tools like multimeters and diagnostic software to troubleshoot electrical issues. Maintain and test process instruments such as flow meters, level transmitters, and switches. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues efficiently. Read electrical schematics and manuals to guide repairs and improvements. Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to innovation. Train and share technical knowledge with team members. Assist engineering and management teams on projects and upgrades. Follow GMPs and safety protocols to ensure quality and safety. Qualifications
2-year certification from college or technical school, or equivalent experience in Instrumentation Technology. At least three years of industrial electrical experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably food processing. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, safety rules, and technical documents. Strong mathematical skills including algebra and data analysis. Ability to define problems, analyze data, and draw valid conclusions. Electrical Apprentice or Journeyman’s license preferred but not required. Experience with Allen Bradley/Rockwell automation is a plus. Shift and weekend work may be required. Additional Information
