Sales Support Associate role is an integral part of the store’s overall success and efficiency; demanding direct attention to our brand commitment when servicing our customers. The role requires leaving a lasting impression on customers through friendly, efficient interactions at our cash wrap and a well-maintained sales floor. Accurate and effective work, supporting the flow of product from receipt through the point of sale is essential to this role. Pay information

Base pay range: $15.00/hr - $17.25/hr Responsibilities

Cash Wrap: Greet the customer with a smile and eye contact; read cues and determine customer needs; conduct email/name capture where permitted by law; maintain accuracy when operating POS; maintain cash wrap organization and cleanliness; suggest add-ons and sell gift cards; maintain cash and POS media in compliance with Coach policy; create a lasting impression by thanking the customer and providing a reason to return; represent the Coach brand appropriately. Stockroom / Warehouse: Receive shipment and transfers; notify Store Management when new product arrives; scan cartons/transfers verifying store information; communicate discrepancies to Store Management; process shipment/transfers according to Coach standards; organize and clean stock room daily; manage stock levels in back-of-house and sales floor; conduct regular cycle counts and participate in inventory counts; maintain Loss Prevention standards. Sales Floor: Analyze replenishment needs; replenish floor zones; respond to sell-through and execute visual merchandising; support sales floor activities; communicate product information (price points, features/benefits, color, stock availability); assist customers and coordinate with the sales team or Store Management; uphold housekeeping standards. Experience: 1-3 years of retail experience (cashier/stock/sales), preferably in luxury retail; knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace. Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. Technical: Knowledge of cash register systems; basic computer skills (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, Internet); walkie talkie usage; read price and product release sheets. Physical: Ability to work at a fast pace; communicate effectively; maneuver the sales floor, stock room; ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds for shipments/transfers; occasional climbing, bending, kneeling. Schedule: Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays with high retail traffic.
