We are hiring an IS Security Risk Analyst in Columbia, South Carolina. This position will join a small team that supports I/S in understanding how I/S processes need to flow to achieve compliance. Participate in projects to support remediation of audit gaps, introduction of new tools with compliance requirements, and acting as a knowledge expert on compliance requirements. Serve as a backup in leading audits within the I/S organization. As an audit advisor, work directly with external auditors, facilitate all auditor meetings and interviews for I/S, and guide I/S team members on how to communicate with auditors and provide guidance on audit evidence. Required Education / Skills
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or other job-related degree, or additional years of job-related work experience 4 years of job-related technical experience 6 years of audit and compliance experience (not necessarily in an auditor role) with experience facilitating audits in IT organizations 2+ years of root cause analysis within IT organizations when an audit gap is identified Preferred Licenses and Certifications
CISA, NSA, CISM, CISSP Preferred Work Experience
Experience in network security (Cisco ASA, IPS, VPN, RSA SecurID, PKI, cryptography), security controls for LAN/WANs, client-server, web-based systems, and databases. Experience configuring security devices such as firewalls, intrusion prevention, patch deployment, and risk assessment/vulnerability scanners.
