We are seeking an experienced Kronos Configuration Analyst with deep expertise in UKG Workforce Management (WFM) to support a large-scale system migration from legacy Kronos (iSeries/AS400) to the modern UKG WFM platform.
This role is ideal for detail-oriented professionals who thrive in high-complexity environments and understand the critical nature of accurate, rules-based payroll configurations—especially in unionized, multi-state, and compliance-heavy environments like healthcare or manufacturing.
Overview
The successful candidate will translate and rebuild existing payroll rules from legacy Kronos (iSeries) into UKG WFM with high accuracy and consistency, and partner with HRIS, payroll, and operations teams to understand and replicate complex pay logic. Core Responsibilities
Translate and rebuild existing payroll rules from legacy Kronos (iSeries) into UKG WFM with high accuracy and consistency. Partner with HRIS, payroll, and operations teams to understand and replicate complex pay logic, including state-specific labor requirements, differential and premium pay structures. Configure and validate nuanced payroll rules with a focus on repeatable accuracy and compliance. Act as an SME in rule-building, understanding and ownership of the configurations are critical. Support testing and troubleshooting during and after the migration process. Leverage AS400/legacy Kronos experience to bridge gaps in historical configuration and data mapping, if applicable. Must-Have Qualifications
Strong hands-on experience configuring complex pay rules in UKG WFM (formerly Kronos Workforce Central/Dimensions). Proven ability to work with high-volume, detail-intensive rule sets across large enterprise environments. Previous experience in industries with unionized workforces and complex pay scenarios (healthcare strongly preferred; manufacturing acceptable). Comfortable with repetitive yet non-trivial configuration tasks that require high precision. Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional team alignment. Preferred Qualifications
Experience working directly with legacy Kronos (iSeries/AS400) environments. Familiarity with Kronos Timekeeper, Workforce Integration Manager (WIM), and related Kronos modules/tools. Seniority level and Employment type
