Job Summary
ESFM is the corporate Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) division of Compass Group USA. The Unit Manager, Business Services is responsible for ensuring excellent service to on-site clients, managing a variety of Support Services (Janitorial, Conference Services, Mail Services, Shipping and Receiving, Receptionist Services, Records Management, Event Support, MRO Operations and Lab Support). Fiscal responsibilities exceed $1MM. Education and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Facilities Management, Business or related field and two years of facilities management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Responsibilities and Duties
Achieve Budget/Financial Responsibilities Report financial data and statistics within company system Control expenses Overall responsibility for weekly Payroll and new associate processing Customer Relations Customer liaison Measure customer satisfaction and implement action plans for areas below standard Operation Excellence Establish work standards and workflow Maintain a quality management process Manage quality process as it relates to Business Support Services and set targets for quality improvements Conduct weekly one-on-one sessions with Line Managers and provide corrective feedback as needed People Management Ensure proper staffing for all departments Manage company associates using company policies and procedures Communicate and ensure all employees are aware of site objectives and plans Maintain all safety requirements for staff members provided by HSSE Coach and develop staff Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
