Keeps core Town systems available, patched, and secure, including post Patch Tuesday stability Ensures backup integrity with routine restore testing and air-gapped protections Advances Azure and identity posture, supports M365 reliability for end users Bridges help desk escalations and infrastructure, improving time to resolution and service quality Coordinates with SOC and vendors to reduce risk and improve monitoring Qualifications
Five or more years in enterprise Windows and VMware administration with hands-on AD, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy Proven experience with enterprise backup and restore, preferably Veeam or similar, including air-gap concepts Working knowledge of Azure services, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 administration PowerShell proficiency, comfort with change control, documentation, and practical project delivery Public sector experience is a plus, strong communicator who thrives in a close, team-oriented environment Seniority level
