Full Time Position Description Summary:
Supervises production associates engaged in loading/unloading freight, managing materials via multiple systems, and overseeing server rack assembly and installation. Principal Responsibilities:
Oversees cycle counts, inventory replenishments, and material returns Ensures safety protocols are followed to protect personnel and property Provides guidance and support to team members Monitors work for accuracy, neatness, and policy compliance Recommends and implements process improvements Assists in performing duties as necessary The individual must be capable of performing all essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation. Utilizes multiple systems and dashboards to ensure process compliance and accuracy. Accountability:
Maintains service levels, enforces safety standards. Impact of Decisions:
Errors or failure to meet goals may cause delays and increased costs. Working Relationships:
Interacts regularly with customers, peers, stakeholders, and subordinates. Essential Functions:
Must pass background checks, clearances, and drug tests as required. Knowledge and Skills:
