In this 3x a week on-site role, you’ll be the go-to resource for desktop, mobile, and Level 1 ERP/CRM support, helping to ensure our employees have the tools and technology they need to succeed. Responsibilities · Provide prompt technical support for Windows desktops, laptops, and peripherals (printers, scanners, etc.). · Deploy, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and operating systems. · Support Android mobile devices and resolve issues related to applications, connectivity, and configuration. · Assist with Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools and enforce security policies across mobile endpoints. · Install and maintain approved applications in line with company security and usage policies. ERP & CRM Support (Level 1) · Serve as the first point of contact for ERP and CRM support issues. · Triage and document incidents, escalating complex issues as needed. · Provide user training and support to improve proficiency and resolve system-related issues. General IT Support · Manage user accounts and access via Active Directory and Microsoft 365. · Log and resolve support requests using the internal ticketing system. · Maintain accurate hardware and software inventory. · Set up new hires with accounts, hardware, and software access. · Document solutions and processes to support knowledge sharing. Qualifications Education & Experience · Associate’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field—or equivalent hands-on experience. · 2+ years of IT support experience in multi-location environments; experience in manufacturing, distribution, or field sales preferred. Technical Skills · Proficient with Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office/M365, and remote support tools. · Hands-on experience supporting Android mobile devices and enterprise mobile apps. · Exposure to ERP/CRM platforms and support ticketing systems. · Basic understanding of networking and IT security principles. · Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft MCP) are a plus.
