Position Summary: The Front Office Associate serves as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, supporting the administrative and operational needs of our advisors and staff. This role requires a detail-oriented, organized, and professional individual who can manage multiple responsibilities efficiently and contribute to the overall success of the firm. Key Responsibilities: Greet clients and visitors in a professional, welcoming manner. Answer incoming calls, respond to emails, and manage general correspondence. Schedule client appointments and maintain calendars for advisors. Support daily office operations, including filing, scanning, and general administrative tasks. Collaborate with client service associates and advisors to ensure smooth workflow. Assist with special projects as assigned to support firm initiatives. Qualifications: 1–3 years of experience in administrative, customer service, or front office roles; experience in a financial services environment is a plus. Strong interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to quickly learn new software applications. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
