Overview The PPS Coordinator will ensure compliance with all CMS regulations affecting inpatient rehabilitation, specifically PPS (Prospective Payment System); establish policies, practices and processes to ensure compliance with 60% rule, CMS IRF-PAI quality and technical requirements, as well as all other related documentation requirements.

Position is full time, 1.0 FTE, Day shift, Monday-Friday, core business hours, 40 hours per week; no weekends.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree - Graduate of an accredited/approved school of Nursing. All Registered Nurses without a minimum of a Bachelor\'s Degree in Nursing must obtain a Bachelor\'s Degree or higher within 3 years of hire or,

Bachelor's Degree - Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy.

1 year - recent clinical and inpatient rehabilitation experience.

Preferred Qualifications

3 years\' experience preferred.

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
