Project Support
Support the project team in building and maintaining relationships within the district.
Update and revise Institutional Review Board (IRB) protocols as needed.
Assist the project team with the implementation of research interventions.
Participant Management
Conduct participant interviews to gather qualitative data.
Lead participant recruitment efforts, oversee data collection, and ensure data cleaning processes are followed.
Maintain and update project pre-registrations.
Collaboration
Work closely with post-award personnel to ensure grant timelines are adhered to.
Contribute to project dissemination through conference presentations, research manuscripts, and policy briefs.
Minimum Requirements Master's degree in an appropriate area; or a bachelor's degree in an appropriate area and two years of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications
PhD (Completed or ABD with plan to complete by end of 2024) in Special Education, Educational Psychology, or related field.
Experience working as a special education teacher, principal, or district leader.
Experience supporting funded research projects.
Record of successful collaboration with school districts.
Experience managing complex research projects.
Experience collecting data in school settings.
