Anesthesiology GME Program Administrator - Full-Time, On-Site Join Cedars-Sinai as an Anesthesiology GME Program Administrator. This role supports administrative operations for residency and fellowship programs within the Department of Anesthesiology, contributing to accreditation readiness, process improvements, and effective program coordination. What you will be doing

Assist the Program Manager in coordinating administrative operations for both residency and fellowship programs. Serve as the liaison between Program Directors and Program Coordinators to ensure consistent communication and alignment of program goals. Coordinate program-wide initiatives, events, and projects. Assist with accreditation readiness, including documentation tracking, reporting, and compliance with ACGME and institutional standards. Support development and implementation of processes to boost program efficiency. Support recruitment and onboarding activities for residents and fellows in collaboration with coordinators. Compile and maintain program data, reports, and performance metrics for leadership review. Assist in managing program budgets and expenditures. Offer mentorship and support to coordinators on complex or advanced issues. Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience providing project support, including at least 2 years supporting Graduate Medical Education (GME) programs focused on residency and/or fellowship training. TAGME certification preferred. About Us
