You Have:
5+ years of experience as a scrum master or release train engineer (RTE)
Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies, including program increment planning, stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
Experience identifying and removing impediments, driving continuous improvement, and aligning delivery to competing business priorities
Experience partnering with Product Owners to refine and manage the product backlog, ensuring clear user stories and acceptance criteria
Experience managing product backlogs in Jira or Confluence
Ability to lead cross-functional Agile teams and multiple concurrent workstreams
Ability to influence without authority, resolve conflicts, and plan strategically
Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree in a Software Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems field
Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM) Certification, or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) Certification
Nice If You Have:
Experience with Space Systems or Satellite Communications
Experience with program-level reporting, capacity planning, and risk management
Possession of excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
TS/SCI clearance
Master’s degree
Release Train Engineer (RTE) Certification or SAFe Practice Consultant Certification
ITIL 4 Foundations Certification

Compensation Base pay range: $86,800.00/yr - $198,000.00/yr. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including location, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, contract-specific affordability, and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
